Antique home made limberjack

This is 9.5 inches tall with unusual skeleton-like markings added.  It has lost its arms and has remnants of old glued on hair and buttons for eyes and ears with a prominent nose.  The remains of some old metal around its neck suggests this is how it was held and "jigged".
