Northwest coast First Nations carved figure

Listed as a general figure on ebay a few months ago, but pretty sure this is coastal B.C. / Alaska - Again, I was the only bidder! Has gorgeous wear / patina. Has blue trade bead eyes - one damaged and remnants of paint on the hat. It has a stick body with metal through the shoulder area for arms and a very fragile shirt/coat of animal skin. If anyone could provide me with information as to date, purpose, regional First Nations group to attribute it to, etc. I would appreciate it. Just over 6 inches on stand and head is 2 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches.
